  • How does the GHIN Handicap System work?
    • You must have an established handicap to play in all Club tournaments.If you have an established handicap, we will transfer it to our system.If you do not, we will set one up for you.There is a $45 annual GHIN fee.Stop by the Golf Shop to set it up.
 
  • What is the Hole in One Club?
    • The Hole in One Club is free to join – if a Hole in One is hit, everybody in the HOI Club will be charged $5.The total amount charged will go on the Hole in One recipient’s account to be used for merchandise, drinks, etc.Please let any member of the Golf team know if you’d like to be a part of the HIO Club.
 
  • How do I get a Locker; what services are available in the Locker Room?
    • You can setup a locker by contacting Chad Hunt, the Locker Room Manager.He will supply you with a key and the combination code.Lockers are $12.50 per month.The Locker Room has a steam room, hot tub and full showers.We offer spike replacements, shoe lace replacements and shoe cleaning for all shoes.
 
  • What about Cart Fees or Push Cart Fees?
    • Cart Fees are $10 for 9 holes or $20 for 18 holes per person.

      • $1100 per year plus tax
      • Billed on December Statement
    • Trail Fee (personal cart)
      • $1000 plus tax
      • Billed on December Statement
    • Push Cart Fees
      • $10 for 18 holes

  • Can I store my Clubs here and how do I get a bag tag?
    • We offer complimentary Club Storage in our secured bag room.If you plan to use the range or play a round, give us a call before you arrive and one of our Player Services team members will bring your bag up to the Bag Rack located next to the Golf Shop entrance.You can get a complimentary bag tag by asking one of our Pros in the Golf Shop.The Clubhouse & Course are closed on Mondays; please pick up your bag on Sunday if needed on Monday.
 
  • How do I take Golf Lessons?
    • Each of our PGA Professionals give lessons for adult and junior players.Please call or email Head Golf Professional, DJ Ransom ([email protected]), Class A Assistant Professional, Kristen Palmer ([email protected]) or Associate Professional, Cody Kelley ([email protected]) to schedule your lesson.   We offer individual lessons, short game lessons, playing lessons, group lessons and video lesson.
 
  • What is the Pace of Play?
    • We have a Four Hour Pace of Play policy – please let faster groups play through.  Our tee times are scheduled on 8 minute intervals.
 
  • How do I check-in for a round?
    • Please check into the Golf Shop prior to each round; we will share pertinent information about the Course each day.
 
  • What is the Gate System?
    • Hole Number 1 and all Par 3’s are always Cart Path Only.
    • The Gate System is in use during season (March – November).We ask that you enter the Fairway at the first green post and exit the Fairway at the second green post.Please try to stay in the Fairway and avoid driving through the Fescue Rough.
 
  • Do you offer Club Repair and Club Re-Gripping?
    • We offer re-gripping and minor club repairs.We have a wide variety of grips available to choose from.Please contact one of the Pros for more information.
 
  • What is the Member Pricing Program?
    • All logo soft good products (Hats, Shirts, Pants, Shorts, Socks) are an additional 20% off of retail for all members.
 
  • How do I make a Tee Time?
    • Tee Times can be made 7 days in advance online (pinnaclecc.com), by phone (479.418.7466), or email.Tee Times are always recommended for Friday, Saturday & Sunday.  Click here to learn more
 
  • What is the policy on canceling a tee time?
    • Tee times must be cancelled 24 hours in advance unless approved by a member of the golf shop staff.  Any golf member or dependent responsible for two unused tee times in a 30-day timeframe will be restricted to booking tee times 2 days in advance for 60 days. (or longer if issues are not resolved)
      We do understand that some circumstances may not allow cancellation 24 hours in advance, but we still ask you to cancel as early as possible and discuss the situation with the professional staff.  If you are responsible for group/multiple tee time bookings and your name is on an unused tee time, you are responsible for that time and will count as a no show. For those that are unfamiliar with cancelling tee times in the app, a member of our staff will be happy to show you. If you run into any issues cancelling times you may always contact the golf shop and we will cancel it for you. As a reminder, if you move your tee time to an earlier or later time, please make sure to cancel the other tee time to avoid potential tee time restrictions.  Click here to learn more
 
  • Is there a waitlist for Tee Times?
    • If you happen to forget to make a time and everything is booked up in the time frame you are wanting, please call the golf shop as we have a waitlist feature that you can be added to for any cancellations or openings that may occur. (479)418.7466
       
 
  • How do I join a Golf Group?
    • There are several groups that regularly play.
      • The Mafia – This daily group plays at 11am Tuesday through Sunday.There is a $15 buy in per day.
      • Weekend Games – There are opportunities for weekend games.Please let the Golf Shop know if you’d like to be added to the email lists for them.
 
  • How do I sign up for events?
    • You can sign up for our events by calling the Golf Shop 479.418.7466, emailing the golf professionals or utilizing the Unknown Golf App (see Golf Shop for details).
 
  • How do I use the Golf Simulator?
    • The Golf Simulator can be booked just like a tee time (7 days in advance, over the phone or by email). Use of the Simulator is $25 per hour
