With more than 20 years of professional golf experience, DJ Ransom has served as Head Golf Professional at Pinnacle Country Club since 2011. A graduate of Golf Academy of the Carolinas and a Class A Member of the Professional Golfers' Association of America since 2011, DJ brings both technical expertise and refined leadership to the Club’s golf program.

At the heart of DJ’s philosophy is a commitment to exceptional instruction. He believes that true player development is both an art and a science—requiring individualized coaching, thoughtful communication, and a deep understanding of each golfer’s goals. His approach blends technical precision with strategic insight, helping members refine mechanics, sharpen course management, and build lasting confidence.

DJ is passionate about teaching players of all ages and skill levels, from aspiring juniors to seasoned competitors. Through personalized lesson plans and comprehensive player development programs, he cultivates not only improved performance, but a deeper appreciation for the game itself. His dedication ensures that every member’s experience on the course is elevated, purposeful, and rewarding.

DJ resides in Rogers with his wife, Whitney, and their three children—Jackson, Emma Grace, and Charlotte. His commitment to family mirrors his approach to instruction: attentive, patient, and rooted in building strong foundations for long-term success.

Chase Turpin

Director of Agronomy

Chase Turpin joined Pinnacle Country Club in 2006, and this year the Club proudly celebrates his 20th anniversary—two decades of visionary stewardship and unwavering dedication to the championship condition of its grounds.

After serving seven years as Assistant Golf Course Superintendent, Chase was promoted to Golf Course and Grounds Superintendent in 2013. In August 2021, he assumed the role of Director of Agronomy, where he now leads all facets of course conditioning, environmental strategy, and long-term turf performance with precision and innovation.

A graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in Turf and Landscape Horticulture, Chase has devoted his career to the art and science of golf course management since 2001. His passion for the game began at an early age and continues to inform his meticulous approach to delivering an exceptional playing experience.

Among his most distinguished professional experiences was working internationally at The Old Course at St Andrews, where he assisted in preparations for the 2004 The Amateur Championship—an opportunity that reflects his commitment to the highest standards of global championship golf. He also served on the Board of Directors for the GCSA of Arkansas in 2012 and 2013, contributing to the advancement of agronomic excellence throughout the state.

Residing in Centerton with his wife, Melissa, and their two sons, John and Benji, Chase remains deeply committed to both his family and the continued refinement of Pinnacle’s playing surfaces. His 20-year milestone stands as a testament to his expertise, leadership, and enduring dedication to delivering a course experience of exceptional distinction.

Director of Racquet Sports

J.D. Hall joined Pinnacle Country Club as Tennis Director in May 2011, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a passion for elevating racquet sports programming. This year, the Club proudly celebrates his 15th anniversary—marking a decade and a half of leadership, mentorship, and excellence on and off the courts.

Prior to relocating to Northwest Arkansas, J.D. spent nine years in Atlanta serving as Assistant Tennis Director at Country Club of Roswell, where he directed both junior and adult programs and helped cultivate a vibrant, competitive tennis community. Before his tenure there, he coached at Windward Lake Academy, working closely with many of Georgia’s top-ranked junior players.

A certified P-1 Professional with the United States Professional Tennis Association, J.D. was honored as Head Tennis Professional of the Year in 2007 by the Georgia Professional Tennis Association. He also served on the USPTA Georgia State Board in 2007 and 2010, contributing to the advancement of the profession statewide.

Over the past 15 years at Pinnacle, J.D. has continued to build a premier tennis program defined by competitive excellence, strong player development, and an engaging member experience—further enhancing the Club’s tradition of exceptional racquet sports.

Meagan McClain

Membership & Marketing Director

Meagan has been an integral part of Pinnacle Country Club since 2012, beginning her journey as Concierge, where her award-winning smile, impeccable professionalism, and genuine warmth quickly made her a favorite among Members. Her passion for creating memorable experiences and her keen attention to detail set the standard for service excellence at the Club.

Recognizing her exceptional talent in media, marketing, and Member engagement, Meagan was promoted in 2013 to Media & Executive Support, where she began shaping the Club’s visual identity and communications. In August 2017, she assumed the role of Membership & Marketing Director, guiding initiatives that elevate the Member experience, foster community, and reflect the prestige and sophistication of Pinnacle Country Club.

A native of Rogers, Meagan lives in Gravette with her husband, Matt, and their two daughters, Magnolia and Mattison. She brings the same dedication, warmth, and vision to her work as she does to her family, ensuring every Member feels welcomed, valued, and inspired to enjoy all that Pinnacle Country Club has to offer.

Executive Chef

Chef Brandon, a Certified Executive Chef and 2002 graduate of the prestigious New England Culinary Institute, earned placement in the Institute’s Advanced Placement Program—an early distinction that reflected both talent and discipline. His passion for the culinary arts was inspired in childhood, watching his grandmother thoughtfully prepare memorable Sunday suppers and holiday gatherings for their large family—an influence that continues to shape his philosophy of hospitality today.

With nearly two decades of distinguished experience in the private club sector, Chef Brandon has served at three of the nation’s top CMAA Platinum-level clubs. Most recently, he was Executive Sous Chef at Congressional Country Club, recognized as the #1 Platinum-Level Club in America. Prior to that, he held prominent culinary leadership roles at Cherry Hills Country Club, serving as Sous Chef, Banquet Chef, and Chef de Cuisine. Earlier in his career, he refined his fine dining expertise as Chef in the Oak Room at Oak Hill Country Club.

Now a valued leader at Pinnacle Country Club, Chef Brandon will celebrate his 10-year anniversary with the Club in 2026—a milestone that honors a decade of culinary innovation, elevated member dining, and steadfast commitment to excellence.

Residing in Rogers with his wife, Kristy, and their daughter, Evelyn, Chef Brandon brings not only exceptional technical skill and national-level experience, but also a genuine passion for crafting refined, memorable dining experiences that embody the Club’s tradition of distinction.

Amanda Ziegler

Director of Clubhouse Operations

Amanda Ziegler’s journey into hospitality leadership began in Brownwood, Texas, and continued in Arkansas, where she attended the University of Arkansas and proudly became a Razorback.

Her career in luxury Food & Beverage began in 2010 with Patina Restaurant Group at Arvest Ballpark. Recognized early for her poise and operational excellence, Amanda advanced to Concourse Manager within her first year. She later served as Suite Coordinator, curating elevated catering experiences for suite members and their distinguished guests.

Over eight years, Amanda became instrumental in orchestrating large-scale, high-profile events, including the prestigious Walmart Shareholders Meeting, the acclaimed Bentonville Film Festival, premier concerts, and more than 500 professional baseball games. Her leadership combined precision, discretion, and a refined attention to detail—hallmarks of exceptional hospitality.

In May 2017, Amanda brought her expertise to Pinnacle Country Club as Food & Beverage Floor Manager and was elevated to Event Sales Director in August 2018. In this role, she designed and executed bespoke weddings, private celebrations, and exclusive member events, delivering seamless experiences defined by sophistication and personalized service.

Appointed Director of Clubhouse Operations in August 2023, Amanda now oversees all Food & Beverage services across the Club, setting the standard for elevated hospitality. In 2026, she led the comprehensive Clubhouse refresh—overseeing design collaboration, operational planning, vendor partnerships, and service integration to ensure the transformation elevated both aesthetic refinement and member experience. From concept to completion, Amanda coordinated every detail of the enhancement, seamlessly aligning luxury design elements with operational excellence to create a renewed Clubhouse environment that reflects the prestige and expectations of the membership.

Gary Harp

Since 1995, Gary Harp has faithfully served Pinnacle Country Club as Director of Security. 

An Arkansas native, Gary brings distinguished law enforcement experience to his role. A former trooper with the Arkansas State Police, he is also a licensed polygraph examiner and certified concealed handgun trainer—credentials that underscore both depth of expertise and exceptional professionalism.

Gary has also served as Vice Chairman of the Arkansas Board of Private Investigators and Private Security Agencies, reinforcing his respected standing within the security community.

Throughout his tenure, Gary has ensured that members and residents experience the highest standards of safety, discretion, and reliability. His steady leadership, integrity, and commitment to excellence have remained integral to the Club’s trusted and secure environment.

Gary and his wife, Beverly, share a daughter, Amy, and a grandson, Logan. In 2025, the Club proudly celebrated his remarkable 30th anniversary of dedicated leadership and service—an extraordinary milestone reflecting three decades of unwavering commitment.

Shawn White

Facilities Maintenance Director

Shawn White brings a wealth of technical expertise and operational excellence to Pinnacle Country Club. With a decade of mechanical experience in the oil field, Shawn honed his skills working on complex rigs and supporting critical equipment, followed by ten years as the owner of a property preservation company, overseeing high-end residential and commercial repairs with precision and attention to detail.

Certified in HVAC with 608 Universal certification and recognized as a COP-certified Pool & Spa Operator by the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, Shawn combines technical mastery with rigorous safety standards to maintain and elevate the Club’s facilities.

He joined Pinnacle Country Club in 2020 as Equipment Manager for Course Maintenance and, in 2023, was appointed Facilities Maintenance Director. In this role, Shawn oversees all aspects of the Club’s infrastructure, ensuring every amenity meets the highest standards of luxury, reliability, and performance.

Shawn resides in Centerton with his wife and children. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, often visiting El Salvador when time allows, embracing new experiences and cultures while balancing the demands of managing a premier private club.
