A native of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Olivia relocated to Northwest Arkansas in 2019, drawn to the region’s dynamic growth and strong sense of community. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Arkansas in May 2022, establishing a solid foundation in brand strategy, client relations, and elevated event execution. During her time at Arkansas, she was an active member of Delta Delta Delta, where she developed leadership skills and built lifelong relationships.
Olivia joined Pinnacle Country Club in June 2022 as Club Coordinator, overseeing member events, social media strategy, and entertainment programming. Her creativity, organizational expertise, and dedication to exceptional service led to her assuming leadership of the Events Department in 2023.
Today, Olivia directs the planning and execution of weddings, corporate gatherings, and member events, ensuring each occasion reflects the club’s tradition of excellence and delivers a seamless, memorable experience for every guest.
She married her husband, John, in June 2025. Together, they enjoy life in Northwest Arkansas with their two dogs, Audi and Sooie.
